Fantastic service from start to finish. Goron arrived promptly, worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned our house from top to bottom leaving us with immaculate carpets. Furniture put back in place with plastic mats to protect the carpets. Can recommend this company 100%.

Truly amazing service. I explained to Carpet Knights that I had no great expectations about my carpets when they arrived, as we had been here for almost 6 years with our 2 large dogs and the cream carpets throughout were very marked and grubby. They said they would give it a good go, and a couple of hours later I could not believe my eyes – its as though I have a house-full of new carpets, Such a nice couple too, nothing is too much trouble. I will ask them back annually now I think, the service is very affordable too. Totally recommended service thank you Sarah and Goron.
Excellent service right from the very first email enquiry to the end result! Sarah is a joy to deal with, and they both were respectful of our home and covid 19 guidelines. Our cream carpets take a lot of wear from our black dog and cat, and they’ve come up like new, even removing some spilled glue and some coffee stains. We’re delighted and will happily book them again.
We really thought we would have to buy a new carpet after our hallway and lounge had been a busy thoroughfare for over a year when building works were taking place outside. Our domestic carpet cleaner only made it worse.

The service is impeccable, with two extremely polite experts wearing masks the whole time. They arrived at 9.30am and were packing up just after 11.00am, having cleaned a long lounge, a hallway and a large rug.

Sarah and Goron were punctual, friendly and extremely efficient. They told us how long the job would take and how much it would cost and finished exactly when they predicted. Our carpets look like new especially in the busy areas around doorways etc. They visited us just a few days before “lockdown” and were careful with hand-sanitiser, not shaking hands etc. We will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.We are glad to support a local business which provides such a good service.

Carpetknights cleaned our house carpets together with a few rugs that needed a freshen up. The booking process was very easy on the internet and when we had to rearrange the appointment this was done promptly with quick replies. I contacted Carpet Knight to clean our office floors in a bid of ridding incredibly stubborn stains. I can honestly say the carpet has had the best clean it has ever had. It’s as good as new. Would recommend to anyone.

Carpet knights have cleaned our house carpets brilliantly in the past but I was so surprised when they returned our 4 Persian rugs looking so fantastic – so much brighter and I realised I had forgotten how beautiful the colours were! Carpet Knights to the rescue again.
After an unfortunate spillage of sooty sludgy liquid from our boiler expansion tank during a service and our own less than successful attempts at removing the extensive staining we were left contemplating the cost of replacement of the entire hallway carpeting.
A quick call to Goran gave us a confident prediction of a successful stain removal treatment.
The result is hard to believe. The carpet looks like new. So much cost and inconvenience avoided.

Just to tell you Carpet Knights exceeded our best hopes cleaning our expensive Indian Rug.
The rug was a light colour with a really bad red wine stain.
Your cleaning restored it to perfect condition with no stain visible. We are amazed and delighted by your cleaning and service.
I am just about to book this firm for the third time. We have a cream carpet and a large Golden Retreiver..so cleaning twice a year is a must for us. Wow I’ve just got home and I can’t believe how new my 7 year old light beige carpet is looking !!! This carpet has seen two children throughout their lives on our main staircase/ hallway and kids bedrooms and I thought there was no hope!! My husband says the guys were great and worked their socks off!, fabulous service all round thank you so much!!

I hired a Rug Doctor from a local outlet and to my horror it made the stains on my cream carpets even worse. Having moved to our beautiful new home in July, we called Carpet Knights to clean all of our carpets, they made such a brilliant job of them, we called them back to clean our 3 piece suite. Again another superb job. The only remaining issue, was a very strong smell of nicotine from the previous owners. So we hired an Ozone Generator Machine from Carpet Knights. We still cannot believe was a fantastic job it did of getting rid of the nasty smell. We would definitely recommend this machine for anyone with any lingering household smells they want to get rid of. If I could, I would rate it 10/10

Carpet Knights came to clean all our stair and hallway carpets which as a busy guest house endure a lot of heavy use. CarpetKnights have been cleaning my carpets for the last six years: first when the property was a B&B and now as a holiday let. From the first call to Sarah to arrange an appointment and be given a quote everything is done in a professional but friendly manner. Goran (and now Jason too) arrive on time, wear shoe covers indoors and just get on with their work. The carpets look like new when cleaned and their use of eco-products is very important to me. And I am delighted with the price too. If necessary carpets can be walked on straight away and are dry within a few hours. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else for this work and have recommended CarpetKnights many times to friends and other businesses.

Goran and the team at Carpet Knights were a god send! After the surgery carpets suffered major damaged following some recent re-surfacing of the local roads we were really concerned the tarmac marks would result in a hefty bill for new carpets throughout. Goron, from Carpetknights does a wonderful job. He is polite, professional, prompt and extremely good at what he does. Goron spent some time on a 30 year old armchair, which was covered in food stains and also red wine stains that had been there for years, He has managed to make it look almost as good as new and all traces of the wine stains have gone. The equally old carpets have also been given a new lease of life and once again look fresh and clean. We are delighted with the work he has done for us and will not hesitate to recommend Carpetknight’s services to anyone.
