Marine Carpet, Rug and Upholstery Cleaning
Carpet Knights don’t just clean carpet and upholstery on land we also have a vast amount of experience of working on Super Yachts, Boats and Ships. Whether it be six decks up on a ship or a small motor boat, we have the knowledge, equipment and ability to carry out the work. We also have facilities to clean items off site at our workshops and many yachts use us to clean and store items while they are in for refit.

MY Monaco
The MY Monaco required that her fitted carpets were cleaned on board at the end of her refit in Falmouth.
SY Ptarmigan
The SY Ptarmigan required a quick turn around for cleaning of mattresses and upholstery due to her onward journey. We collected all the items, cleaned, dried, wrapped and returned them well within the timescale they required.
SY Adela
We collected Upholstery, curtains, Mattresses and even bedding from the dusty storage at the Pendennis Shipyard while the SY Adela was in for a major refit. All items were cleaned and dried off site and where necessary ironed and folded and we also arranged for the dry cleaning of delicate items. We kept everything in our secure storage until the boat was ready for them at which point we returned them in protective wrapping ready to go back into use.
SY Moonbird
We cleaned all of the upholstery, mattresses and deck covers on board the super yacht Moonbird whilst on refit. We removed all the upholstery and deck covers and cleaned and dried off site. We returned everything clean, protected, dried and wrapped.
MY Orca Explorer
We cleaned all carpets, upholstery, leather upholstery, rugs and mattresses whilst she was in the marina.
SY Christopher
We arranged for transportation to collect the mattresses, sofas, rugs and cushions from the Super yacht Christopher whilst she was in refit at Pendennis Shipyard in Falmouth. We cleaned, dried and wrapped and stored all of the items at our workshops and arranged for transportation to return the items when the crew were ready for them.
J Class SY Velsheda
We collected cushions, cushion covers and deck and wall covers from SY Velsheda whilst she was in Pendennis Marina preparing for the J Class Regatta in Falmouth. We cleaned, dried, wrapped and stored them until the crew were ready for them to be returned.
J Class SY Lionheart
We collected mattresses, cushions and covers from Lionheart whilst she was on refit in Pendennis shipyard. We cleaned, dried, wrapped and stored all the items until the crew were ready for them.
MY Bystander
We cleaned the the deck and furniture covers from MY Bystander which is the support vessel for SY Velsheda while they were in Falmouth for the J class Regatta.
BP Tanker British Tenacity
Us cleaning the carpets in the crew cabins, six decks up on the BP Tanker British Tenacity whilst in dry dock.
RFA Lyme Bay
Carpet cleaning in the crew cabins whilst in dock at Falmouth.
CEFAS Endeavour
We cleaned the carpets in the crew cabins, communal areas and the Bridge whilst the Endeavour was on refit in A & P Falmouth Docks.
